So, I’m doing an egg fast this week and thought to share it with y’all. I’m following a 5-day plan from Mellissa over at I Breathe I’m Hungry and I must say, the recipes look great! I’m 2 days in and so far, so good! Luckily I love eggs..! You can read more about her plan, but basically, an egg fast kick starts your liver to either get back on track, or to start with burning off fat for fuel. It’s also a great way to shed a few stubborn kilos… I’m doing it to get rid of those last couple of stubborn kilos, and also just to get back on track with being totally low carb… I’ve strayed a bit the past few weeks… {Don’t judge me!} So, let’s see how this goes – I will probably do a few alternative recipes for your own egg fast, so stay tuned! Xx

      Hi Anel,

      It’s a diet where you basically eat eggs, fat and a bit of cheese for 3 days to break a weightloss stall…

      But to be honest, the best is just to eat healthy, eat real food and stick to a low carb lifestyle.

      Like all fad diets, you’re bound to pick the weight back up again when doing an egg fast…
