Simple, Clean Tuna Salad Bursting with Flavour

Fresh, simple and clean-eating tuna salad bursting with flavour – now that I can get used to.
This year I’m incorporating more fresh seafood and fish into our diet, I’m a bit over meat and can do with a change.

This doesn’t mean I’m going vegetarian or anything like that! I still eat meat, I just want to eat more seafood really…

Don’t you just love dishes that uses minimal and uncomplicated ingredients, is quick to put together and is totally delicious?! Not to mention healthy…

Ideally I’d use fresh fish, but hey, next time… And if you’re in a pinch for ingredients, this is just perfect.

Simple, Clean Tuna Salad

You will need:

1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, diced
2 mini cucumbers, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1 red chili, finely chopped
handful fresh coriander, chopped
salt to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 can of tuna in brine {or fresh, flaked fish}

Just throw everything together, mix well and voila – a quick and super tasty dinner for two!

My resolutions for this year is to simplify…

Do less grocery runs – more online shopping that’s more targeted and efficient.

Less complicated dishes – more simple, clean-eating.

Plan better – plan ahead and be more efficient.

And finally… eat more of this tuna salad and similar dishes that’s simple and bursting with flavour – and clean.
