Privacy:

All recipes on this blog are my own creations and / or inspired by others. I will always give credit where credit is due and the same goes for my recipes.

Feel free to share, repost, blog or publicize any of my recipes or ideas, but be sure to link it back to my blog or Facebook page.

The Small Print:

All views stated on this blog, are my opinions and not necessarily medical / professional opinions.

My opinions are based on my own / my family’s experience and I often feel the need to share that with you guys. After all, the proof is in the pudding, right?

And, speaking of puddings…

I do use nuts in a lot of my cooking, so naturally, Foodie’s kitchen is not a nut-free environment.

I believe in whole, real food and thus will not produce Banting-friendly baked goods or desserts that contain sugar-free / grain-free non-foods. If it ain’t real, I ain’t using it!

Shopping via this Website and/or my Facebook Page:

When you purchase any of the FGP merchandise sold directly on my webpage and/or Facebook page, it will take you to the Shopify store where you can securely pay via credit card or EFT.

E-books and hard copy cookbooks can also be bought via this site and you will be taken directly to either Amazon, Smashwords or Megabooks, where you can also pay securely via their shopping carts.

Any queries or issues relating to your purchase via these sites should be directed to the source/site where you’ve ordered and paid – I am not involved in these transactions.

Any queries or issues with regards to your Shopify purchase will come through to me, but communication should still take place via Shopify.

Hi Heidi. My daughter is in Grade 11 and needs to do job shadowing. About 2 years ago she lost 25kg’s by doing the Dukan diet (high protein, low fat). She is now passionate about paleo diets and wants to find a career in food science with this as her focus. If you are located near Johannesburg is there any chance you would consider letting her job shadow with you. It would entail her coming to spend a morning following you around. Regards Ros

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
