Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Rub the meat with the paprika, chili flakes & salt.
  2. Place the meat, wine and stock in your slow-cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  3. Increase the setting to high, add the cream and bacon fat and cook for another 3-4 hours until the meat is tender.
  4. Serve with fresh herbs, zucchini pancakes and greens
